If you are traveling with carry-on baggage only, please proceed directly to passport and security control once you arrive at the airport.
Check-in at the airport
Our check-in desks are at your disposal in Belgrade and at all Air Serbia destinations.
Alternatively, you can check in online free of charge on your computer, tablet or smartphone as early as 48 hours before departure.
Checking-in for codeshare flights
The operating carrier of a codeshare flight determines the check-in rules, which can be different from ours. You are advised to check the rules with the operating carrier prior to your flight.
Codeshare flights are marked with a four-digit number (eg JU8234) and you can only check-in for these flights via the website of the airline operating the flight.

Here are possible solutions:
- If you bought a ticket with Air Serbia, but the flight is operated by another airline (a code-share flight). These flights are marked with a four-digit number (e.g. JU8234) and you can only check-in for the flight on the website of the airline operating the flight.
- If your flight is more than 48 hours from the time you attempt to check in you will not be able to complete the process.
- If your flight is within 1 hour from your check-in attempt you will not be able to check in. You should go to the check-in desk to complete the process. Please keep in mind that airport check-in closes 45 minutes prior to departure / 60 minutes prior to departure for direct flights to New York.
- Please check if you entered the correct booking details. Only the 6-character code labeled as PNR/Booking Reference/Record Locator or the electronic ticket number are acceptable. Both numbers are indicated on your ticket.
- You will also be unable to check in if your reservation contains specific services including but not limited to: Unaccompanied Minor, Stretcher, Wheelchair, Oxygen. Please contact our Contact Centre for details.
- If your connecting flight is not shown on your itinerary page you will not be able to check in for that segment. You will be able to check in online only for parts of the journey shown on your itinerary page.
