Museum of Yugoslavia
Museum of Yugoslavia, one of the most visited museums in Serbia, is located on the site of the former residential complex of Josip Broz Tito. It consists of several exhibition facilities – the May 25 Museum, which is intended for current thematic exhibitions, the Old Museum, the site of the permanent exhibition that presents a representative sample of the rich museum collection, and the House of Flowers (Tito’s Mausoleum). The buildings are interconnected by a spacious Sculpture Park, which houses twenty sculptures of great artistic value.
With its rich collection of exceptional cultural and historical value, the Museum of Yugoslavia represents a point of interest for those who want to get a closer understanding of both the Yugoslav heritage and the heritage of the second half of the 20 th century.
Visitors who are drawn to the unique experience of staying in the residence of the former Yugoslav President, Josip Broz Tito, can spend time in the former garden of the residence –today the Sculpture Park, which is the perfect place to rest together in the garden of the museum café. In the modern building K25 there is also a souvenir shop, where you can find iconic Yugoslav objects, as well as other souvenirs created by local designers.
