Elevate loyalty program

Points will be credited to the Member’s account after the flight has been completed. The posting process may take several days and is subject to verification of travel details. If the points are not credited, Members may submit a request for retroactive points crediting within 6 months after the trip.

Yes they do. For Blue status they are valid for 1 year from the day they have been accrued. For Bronze status they are valid for 2 years from the day they have been accrued. For Silver status they are valid for 2 years from the day they have accrued. For Gold status they are valid for 3 years from the day they have accrued. Award points are valid from the date of accrual until the last day of the month in which the 12/24/36-month period expires.

If a Member did not provide their membership number prior to the completion of the flight, they may submit a request for retroactive points crediting via the official “Retro claim” form within their profile on the Air Serbia website or mobile application. The Member is required to enter the ticket number and/or the document number for the ancillary service for which they are requesting retroactive points credit in the form. Retroactive points crediting is processed only for the Member who submitted the request. In other words, if there are multiple passengers within the same reservation, each of them must submit an individual request for retro claim; otherwise, only the passenger who submitted the request will receive the corresponding points. Points will be awarded exclusively after successful data verification and confirmation that the Member personally used the specified flight. A request for retroactive points crediting may be submitted no later than 6 months from the date the flight was completed. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered, and the points will be deemed permanently forfeited. New Members are entitled to retroactive points crediting for flights completed within up to 3 months prior to the date of enrollment in the Elevate Loyalty Program. The same conditions apply to these flights as to flights completed after enrollment—points are awarded only for flights marketed and operated by Air Serbia. Points will not be awarded for the portion of the ticket or ancillary services that were paid using points (points are not earned on points).

In the Elevate loyalty program, there are two types of points: Points and Status Points. Points form the basis for redeeming reward services within the Elevate loyalty program. These points have value exclusively within the loyalty program and can be used to issue reward tickets, request an upgrade to a higher travel class, or purchase other additional services offered by the airline. When any of these services are redeemed, the corresponding number of points is permanently deducted from the member’s account, without affecting their achieved status level.

Tier points are used solely to determine and achieve Tier status (e.g., Silver, Gold) within the Elevate loyalty program. They cannot be redeemed for reward tickets or other services. Tier points are accumulated during the qualification period and define the benefits a member will enjoy. Unlike Points, Tier points are not “spent”; instead, their balance resets at the end of each calendar year.

“Qualification period” – Status validity: The status level is valid from the date it is earned until the end of the following calendar year.

Example: If a member earns status in February 2026, it will be valid until December 31, 2027.

Qualification period: Tier points and flight segments collected from January 1 to December 31 of the following year are counted toward maintaining the current tier or upgrading to a higher tier. To retain their current tier or move to a higher tier, members must accumulate the required number of status points or flight segments within the defined qualification period.

You can earn points on flights operated by Air Serbia (including flights based on wet lease agreements) for tickets whose number begins with 115. Flights operated in cooperation with other airlines (code-share and interline) are currently not eligible for earning points, but will be gradually introduced in the future. Points are earned only on the base fare, not on the applicable taxes and fees.

You can find your current point balance on My Elevate page under points section.

Members can earn points in the following ways:

  • By purchasing and flying on flights operated by the airline;
  • By purchasing and using ancillaries;
  • Through special offers or activities announced by the airline at a later date.

Earning points through flight purchases applies to all flights marketed and operated by Air Serbia, including wet lease flights, for tickets whose number begins with 115. Code-share and interline flights are currently not eligible for earning points, but will be gradually introduced in the future. In order for points to be credited to the account, the flight must be completed and the member must have been physically present on the flight. Points are earned based on the base fare paid by the member, excluding taxes and fees. Points will automatically appear in the member’s account within a few days after the flight has been flown. Ancillaries that qualify for earning points include: extra baggage, additional sports equipment, seat reservation, pets in cabin, unaccompanied minor service, Air Serbia Premium Lounge passes, priority boarding, priority baggage, priority check-in, fast track, upgrade to a higher travel class, oxygen on board, priority packages, and celebration packages.

The number of points required depends on the route, fare class and availability. You can check the exact points required by calling our Contact Center.

You can book flights operated by Air Serbia (including wet lease) for tickets starting with 115. Code share and interline currently aren’t available for booking with points but will be gradually introduced in the future.

Currently you can only pay with points for full ticket price, but taxes and fees are paid with money.

To cancel a ticket booked with points, please contact our Call Center. The refund of points depends on the rules of the fare you purchased. If your fare is refundable, the eligible amount of points will be re-credited to your account, though cancellation penalties may apply. Penalties could be paid with points or money. If you purchased a non-refundable fare, the points used for the base fare will not be returned, and only the applicable taxes will be refunded in the original form of payment.

To change a ticket booked with points, please contact our Call Center. If your fare allows changes, if there is a difference in fares, it can be paid with points or money. Change fees may apply based on the fare rules. The fees could also be paid with points or money.

You can use Points to purchase: Excess baggage, sport equipment, seat reservation, pets in cabin, unaccompanied minor, Air Serbia premium lounge passes, priority boarding, priority baggage tagging, priority check in, fast track, upgrades, oxygen on board, priority bundles, celebration packages.

Points used for redemption are deducted from your oldest points first (chronologically the eldest points).

In the Elevate loyalty program, a Tier represents your membership level. Think of it as a status rank that you achieve based on how often you fly with us. The program consists of four Tiers: Blue, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your Tier is calculated based on the Tier Points. Status validity depends on your current membership Tier:

  • Blue: Unlimited. Your membership does not expire.
  • Bronze, Silver, and Gold: Your Tier is valid from the moment you earn it until the end of the following calendar year. (For example, if you achieve Gold Tier in May 2026, it will remain valid until December 31, 2027).

Tier Points are points that determine your membership level (Blue, Bronze, Silver, or Gold). Unlike Points, which you use to "buy" flights and ancillaries, Tier Points are only used to track your progress toward the next tier level. You earn Tier Points every time you fly with Air Serbia on an eligible flight. The number of points depends on Tier level and price of the ticket/ancillary (excluded taxes). These points are reset at the end of each calendar year, but they are the key to unlocking premium benefits like lounge access and priority services.

Once you collect enough Tier Points to reach next Tier you will be instantly promoted to the next level. At that moment, your status point counter for the next Tier starts from zero. Think of it like reaching a new level in a game: the points you collected served their purpose to unlock your new status. Now, you begin a new journey toward the next milestone, collecting Tier points from zero to reach the threshold of the following tier.

Points needed for Tier progression:

  • Blue: up to 4.999 Tier points
  • Bronze: Requires 5.000 to 9.999 Tier points. 5.000 is the threshold to maintain Bronze, 10.000 is the goal to reach Silver.
  • Silver: Requires 10.000 to 14.999 Tier points. 10.000 is the threshold to maintain Silver, 15.000 is the goal to reach Gold.
  • Gold: Minimum 15.000 Tier points to maintain the highest Tier status

You can progress to the next Tier based on the amount of flown flight segments as well.

Flight segment is one Air Serbia flown flight in one way (e.g., Belgrade → Paris) and it represents 1 flight segment. Round trip (e.g., Belgrade → Paris → Belgrade) consists of 2 flight segments. In case a journey includes a layover (connecting flight), each Air Serbia flight until the final destination counts as one flight segment.

Flight segments needed for Tier progressio:

  • Blue: up to 12 flight segments
  • Bronze: Requires 12 to 24 flight segments. 12 is the threshold to maintain Bronze, 24 is the goal to reach Silver.
  • Silver: Requires 24 to 36 flight segments. 24 is the threshold to maintain Silver, 36 is the goal to reach Gold.
  • Gold: Minimum 36 Tier points to maintain the highest Tier status

If you don't reach the required threshold to maintain your current Tier by the end of the qualification period, we apply a "Soft Landing" policy. This means you won’t drop back to the starting Tier (Blue) immediately. Instead, you will only move down one Tier. For example, if you are a Gold Tier member but didn't collect enough Tier points to keep that status you will transition to Silver for the next qualifying period, rather than losing your elite benefits entirely.

Milestone Rewards are benefits you earn as you progress toward your next Tier. Instead of waiting for a new Tier, you receive specific rewards as soon as you hit certain milestones. These rewards are tracked in two ways:

  • Points based milestone: Benefits that activate based on the amount of Tier points collected (e.g., when you reach 6.000 Tier points inside of one Tier).
  • Flights based milestone: Special rewards based on the amount of flights you have flown with us. Once a milestone is reached, the reward is automatically credited to your account.

The Favorite Route is a special benefit that allows you to earn double points on a route you fly most often. You can choose any route within our network of direct flights. Please note that a route is defined as a single direction (e.g., Belgrade to London). A return trip consists of two separate routes. You have the right to change your selected Favorite Route once per calendar year. Blue Tier members can use this benefit once, Bronze Tier members can use it up to five times, Silver Tier members up to ten times, while Gold Tier members can use it an unlimited number of times.

If you’re a Silver or a Gold Elevate member and you have earned more than a minimum required amount of Tier Points to maintain your Tier status by the end of the qualification period, the amount of Tier Points that’s exceeding the minimum for maintaining the Tier (10.000 Tier Points for Silver; 15.000 Tier Points for Gold) will be carried over into the next year. For example: If a Silver member has earned 12.000 Tier Points by the end of the qualification period, they will maintain the Silver Tier and start the next year with 2.000 Tier Points.

Gold members have ability to choose one guest who will be instantly promoted to the Silver Tier status. Gold member can nominate a person only once regardless of how many times they retain their Gold Tier. Request for Silver partner nomination can be submitted only by filling in the nomination form which is located in the Profile section of member’s account.
