Air Serbia Confirms Primacy on Spanish Market: Direct Flights from Belgrade to Sunny Alicante Launch This June

Air Serbia continues to reinforce its position as the leading regional airline and announces the launch of its eighth destination in Spain – Alicante, starting from 1 June 2026. Flights to one of the most popular summer resorts on the Costa Blanca Riviera will be available twice a week, every Monday and Friday, by Airbus A320 family, with the possibility of season extension. Airfares for this destination will be on sale from today.

This strategic move builds on Air Serbia’s previous success in connecting Belgrade with crucial tourist and business hotspots in Spain – Malaga, Seville, Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, and the island of Tenerife. The speed of adapting to the market, proactive response to demand, and continuous improvement of services remain the main advantages that distinguish Air Serbia compared to other airline models in the region.

On this route, passengers will be able to enjoy the benefits of travelling with the national carrier.
