Air Serbia wins recognition for Best Airline in Eastern Europe

Air Serbia has won the prestigious award for Best Airline in Eastern Europe for the second consecutive year, presented by the American magazine Global Traveler, confirming the continuity of top-quality service and an exceptional travel experience.

The award was based on more than one million votes from respondents who rated their travel experiences between 12 December 2024 and 31 August 2025. The awards ceremony was held on 17 December in Florida. On behalf of Air Serbia, the award was accepted by the company’s CEO, Jiri Marek. The event was also attended by George Petković, Vice President Americas at Air Serbia.

This award confirms that our commitment to quality, continuous service improvements, and passenger care is visible and appreciated internationally. For more than two decades, Global Traveler magazine has been recognised as one of the most authoritative measures of excellence in the global travel and aviation industry. Their annual survey draws on the opinions of experienced travellers, predominantly business passengers and premium service users.

The award winners were featured in the December issue of Global Traveler, and the ceremony brought together representatives from leading airlines and travel brands worldwide.
