Ice cream with Orasnica flavour now available in Air Serbia business class
03 October 2026
Air Serbia has improved the business class travel experience on long-haul flights by introducing a new ice cream inspired by the Orasnica (walnut cookie), one of the most popular desserts on the Serbian national carrier’s menu.
The new treat, created in collaboration with GRAM Belgrade, was served to passengers for the first time on the JU500 flight from Belgrade to New York on 1 October, and is now available as part of the business class’ regular offer on Air Serbia’s long-haul flights.
Inspired by the Orasnica, the new ice cream brings the recognisable walnut flavour in a refreshing form, and represents another step in improving the service intended for passengers on the Serbian national carrier’s longest flights.
“We work continuously on improving the products and services in order to provide the best and most pleasant travel experience to passengers. By introducing the ice cream inspired by the Orasnica, we further expand the gastronomic offer for the business class, and we also showcase another authentic flavour that Air Serbia is known for,” said Bojana Knežević, Head of Marketing and Guest Experience, Air Serbia.
Business class passengers can ask for ice cream at any point during a flight, in line with the flexible catering concept on Air Serbia’s long-haul flights.
By continuously improving the service, Air Serbia continues to develop the premium travel experience, and further confirms commitment to quality, comfort, and carefully designed details that make each trip special.
