Bid for an Upgrade to Business Class
Not all flights are automatically eligible for an upgrade. Upgrade is only available on flights marketed and operated by Air Serbia, and issued on Air Serbia ticket stock featuring a ticket number beginning with "115." Air Serbia marketed flights, operated by Partner Airlines, are not eligible for an upgrade.
Passengers who are eligible to submit an offer for an upgrade, must not have one of the following:
- Tickets for which special assistance has been requested
- Tickets with group bookings
- Reservations with an Infant passenger
- Reservations for Unaccompanied Minors
- Tickets with pets in the cabin
- Etihad Guest award tickets
- Staff tickets (duty or leisure)
- Tickets with codeshare flights
The seats available for this promotion are limited and may vary depending on destination.
There are several different factors that may restrict your eligibility to make an offer for an upgrade, these include:
- No seat availability on your flight
- You do not have a ticket yet
- Your reservation is not confirmed yet
- Your flight is not operated by Air Serbia
- The flight you are travelling on is not currently accepting offers
Air Serbia passengers who may receive an email inviting them to participate in an offer for an upgrade bid are those who have:
- Booked the flight at least 7 days before departure
- Provided an email address at the time of booking
Flight sectors are considered independent of one another. If you wish to upgrade a journey with multiple sectors, you must make an offer for an upgrade for each sector individually with a separate, single offer.
For example: If you are travelling from Tel Aviv to New York via Belgrade, you can make an offer for an upgrade on the Tel Aviv to Belgrade sector, and another offer for an upgrade on the Belgrade to New York sector.
If you do not want to upgrade a sector, simply move the offer slider to the far left to indicate "No Offer" for that sector.
Yes. Please note any guest over 2 years of age who is not yet 12 years of age is classified as a child and must occupy a seat with their own ticket.
If you are traveling with a child of 2 to 11 years of age (with two separate bookings) and only one of you has had an upgrade confirmed, the accepted offer will be refunded because you cannot travel in different classes (one in Business and the other in Economy).

This amount, in EUR, will then be converted into the local currency of your credit card using the rate of exchange of the credit card operator, and that amount will be charged to your credit card.
Air Serbia does not charge any booking fees or card fees for making an offer, however your bank may charge you if the currency of your offer is not the same currency as your bank account. You will only be charged by Air Serbia if your offer for an upgrade is successful.
