Air Serbia may cancel flights for operational reasons, or due to events defined in air transport as force majeure. Passengers with bookings affected by these cancellations will be handled in accordance with regulations.
We will continue to update our flight schedule daily, in keeping with official company policies and in compliance with the decisions of (national and international) authorities affecting the operation of Air Serbia. We will keep the safety and health of our passengers first.

- Free change of travel date within +/- 7 days of the cancelled flight

All passengers whose flights have been cancelled will be notified in advance via e-mail and/or SMS, provided their contact information was correctly entered in the booking record.

Air Serbia will obey relevant regulations regarding the compensation when the cancellation is caused by extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken.
In line with Serbian regulations, in case of flights that are cancelled two weeks prior to departure or more, or due to extraordinary circumstances or due to a decision of respective authorities, compensation will not be paid, while re-routing or original fare refund will be offered. For voluntary cancellation, performed by passengers, compensation will not be paid and re-routing or original fare refund will not be offered.

Yes. Your ticket will be refunded according to conditions of fare paid.
Additionally, you can apply to receive a voucher that will be calculated according to the terms of the fare and associated fees.
